Ms. Bloom is founder and managing partner of Bloom & Wallace and is one of the most renowned consultants, influencers, and thought leaders in the HR technology industry. Ms. Bloom regularly advises large corporate clients, HRM software vendors, and outsourcing providers on everything from business strategy to product/service design. She has built the only vendor-neutral HRM object model and application architecture "starter kits,” which have been licensed and consulted across the industry and are considered to be the state-of-the-art and a primary contributor to many of today’s best practices in both areas.

Amy Wilson, Vice President of HCM Product Strategy, Workday

Bio:

Amy Wilson is vice president at Workday, where she sets the strategic direction for Workday’s human capital management services.

Prior to Workday, Wilson spent more than a decade focused on the intersection of people, business and technology. She was vice president and principal analyst of people management technologies at Constellation Research Group. Prior to that, Wilson led the team responsible for Oracle's Fusion HCM talent applications. She also held leadership positions in product strategy, development and consulting across multiple disciplines at PeopleSoft.

Wilson holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics, computer science and psychology. She is an experienced speaker and blogger, and contributes to a number of industry publications.
