Bio:
As vice president, human resources, Dan Veytsman is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction at InterCall. Prior to joining InterCall in 2009, Veytsman held leadership positions at Tellabs, with responsibility for human resources globally for the sales, marketing and customer service organizations. He also participated in an international assignment based in Singapore with regional human resources responsibility for the Asia-Pacific Region. Veytsman’s prior role at Tellabs was managing the global staffing organization. Prior to Tellabs, Veytsman held positions with Platinum Technology as director of recruiting, international sales development and training manager, with other roles in sales and recruiting. Veytsman holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Stout. He serves as a co-chairman for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago's International Interest Group and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. He holds a Professional in Human Resource Certification from SHRM. |  |

Eric Vidal is the director of product marketing for InterCall. He was a contributor to the recently published book The New Virtual Classroom and is considered a leading voice and expert in virtual learning and Web collaboration. Vidal has more than 15 years of experience in developing, implementing and optimizing Web collaboration, online learning and marketing communications for numerous organizations. He manages the virtual university and product education initiatives at InterCall, and he managed the virtual classroom product for two years at WebEx. Prior to joining InterCall, Vidal held management positions at Cisco, WebEx, IBM, BBDO Worldwide and Macromedia. |  |
